• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and comprehensive troubleshooting for all desktop computers and IT systems across the company.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or service agencies to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance for computers and peripheral equipment.
• Install, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LAN), corporate email configurations, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and data backup solutions.
• Manage and update the company's IT asset registry, user manuals, inventory logs, and all related technical documentation.
• Provide clear technical guidance, advice, and first-line problem-solving support to resolve day-to-day IT issues for employees.
• Undertake any other operational tasks and technical projects as assigned by line management.

• Thai Nationality
• Able to work on-site at the Gateway City Industrial Estate in Chachoengsao.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• New Graduates are very welcome to apply
• Ability to communicate in English
• Strong hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
• Solid networking skills, with practical experience in managing LAN setups, internet connectivity, and network switches.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience in maintaining computer hardware, software applications, internet systems, and CCTV infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining current software programs to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Knowledge of, or experience in, preparing and executing structured Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans for IT and network equipment.
• Strong communication abilities, with a particular emphasis on effective verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal attributes, a team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under pressure to meet operational demands.
