Receiving
・Manage the receiving of incoming goods including import formalities.
・Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, to prepare unloading methods and work assignments for receive and storage the materials.

Logistic, Import & Export
・Arrange the delivery schedule and documents based on schedule to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods to meet customer requirements.
・Oversee outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments to meet customer requirements.
・Maintain maintenance of forklift, equipment, and material handling equipment by preventive maintenance and inspection for defects. Notify maintenance personnel or contact outside service facility for repair.

Inventory & Warehouse
・Make layout plan and arrangement of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering volume, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
・Maintain accuracy of inventory by cycle count, physical inventories, and implementation of corrective actions.
・Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking, to distribution.
・Develop procedures and train employees on stock transaction procedures and proper material handling.
・Coordinate with company to drive operation under environmental standard
・Other tasks assigned by superior.

・Male or Female / Age 28-40 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s Degree of Logistics management or any related.
・At least 2-5 years of working experience of supervisor level in warehouse management (inventory, logistics)
・Good command of spoken and written in English
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
・Team management skill , Leadership
