• Prepare design and tender drawings, including perspective views and presentations
• Responsible for design work in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and review construction drawings
• Provide consultation and coordinate with site staff during the construction stage
• There are occasional site visits, but not frequently. (The company provides a car with a driver.)

• Gender: Male preferred
• Age: 37-42 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design
• Required Associate Architect License (or over)
• Fellow Architect License will be given special consideration
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• More than 7 years of experience in design and construction companies, prefer candidates who have direct experience in Factory & Warehouse project
• Communicative level of English (Around lower intermediate level is acceptable)
