• Acquire new clients B2C Thai target
• Sale Document and Contract
• To improve client who interest real estate in Japan (rental house, real estate )
• Maintain and support existing clients after sale service
• Source suitable units/properties for clients
• Build and develop partnerships with related companies in Japan
• Report to management (MD)
• Get requirement from client
• Presentation real estate to Client

• Gender male or female
• Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• experience in sale at least 2 years
• Sale skill suitable for dealing with hight -net-worth
• Japanese language proficiency at a certain level
• Positive attitude enjoy sales and customer facing
• Good communication skills in Thai, English, and Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
• Interested in Japan and Japanese culture business
• Highly motivated and eager to improve themselves
