• Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 35-45
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or related field. Experience in the retail business is a plus. • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience [HRBP and L&D are required], with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role. • Strong HRBP background in retail / frontline operations, able to balance strategy and on-ground execution • Comfortable with shop visits, handling urgent manpower issues, frontline ER cases, and ensuring service SLA continuity • Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-site retail workforce • Automotive, retail, or franchise business experience is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with effective collaboration. • Good communication in English. • Solid workforce planning and manpower cost control mindset • Data-driven HR approach, using analytics (turnover, productivity, readiness, engagement) to influence leadership decisions • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment and fast-paced operational changes • Have own car with driver's license |
