Job Description
- Visit customers (Company car with a driver, Area: Rayong, Chonburi, and the Bangkok metropolitan area.
Other areas: Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, and Korat.)
- Visit domestic customers in Thailand together with suppliers coming from overseas
- Responsible for sales activities of logistics materials (such as steel boxes and pallets) and chemicals
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers
- Prepares and analyses monthly sales data
- Present and promote the company's value and services to new and existing customers
- Handle all tasks related to sales
- Business trip abroad
- Other tasks as assigned
- Various types of die rolls (die-cut rolls, emboss rolls, anvil rolls)
- Die roll units and engraved cutting dies
- Maintenance services for the above products (e.g., regrinding, edge repair)
In charge of equipment and factory management
• Conducting local market research, analysis, and strategy development
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new customers (approximately 30% existing, 70% new)
• Securing appointments, proposing company services, explaining plans, and finalizing contracts
• Preparing sales materials, visiting clients, and preparing quotations
• Coordinating and communicating with the mother factory in Japan
• Collaborating with manufacturing staff for production alignment
• Managing and mentoring the sales team (4 Thai staff members)
・Responds to Customer inquiries (inside) in areas not covered by distributors.
・Receives, qualifies and distributes customer inquiries received through direct sources.
・Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the Sales related functions of the business information system.
・ Create, implements and maintain technical information on product line and applications using materials supplied by other functional areas.
・Create and modifies as required the proposal and Sales quotation structure for each product and service.
・Prepares quotes using information provided by the Product Dept and Engineering Dept.
・Establishes and maintain price lists, customer data base, and installed machine data base by working closely with Product / Segment Managers and Marketing Planning Manager.
・Develops and maintains a computerized reporting system of Sales calls, orders, distributor activity, lost orders, etc.
・Support in preparing routine and complex customer orders, routing or responding to sensitive correspondence, and following up on internal sales matters.
・Initiates appropriate follow-up action for Customers and Distributors at the request of Sales Product/Segment
Managers.
・Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting commission payments to distributors and Sales associates
・Develops and maintains procedure for initiating customer orders into the operation’s cycle.
・Produce clear, timely, and thorough Order Package for each customer order. And any duties assigned by Superior.

• Hold product information seminars and meetings to support sales of distributors.

• TMS Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the TMS platform and provide hands-on implementation and support for all regional operating companies.
• Solution Documentation: Discuss TMS and EDI solutions, documenting technical and functional specifications.
• User Engagement: Participate in all stages of solution deployment, including testing, UAT, and training. Deliver system demonstrations to customers and operations teams.
• Data Analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards using SSRS or Power BI (PBI) tools.
• Help Desk Support: Monitor and resolve TMS-related incidents via the Help Desk, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines.
• Patch and Vendor Coordination: Facilitate patch management processes in collaboration with vendors’ development teams to maintain and enhance the TMS solution.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Oversee server infrastructure to optimize capacity, performance, and reliability.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the department’s objectives.
• Lead the sales team to achieve all targets together and retain good relationships with existing client accounts while • surveying and monitoring industry and client trends as finding new opportunities
