1. Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit (L/C), and other required documents.
2. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve any issues or delays that may occur during transportation.
3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade standards.
4. Ensure customs formality for both import and export.
5. Provide service to customers for shipments planning, booking arrangements, and document issues.
6. Coordinate with the concern section and team work to ensure timely delivery of products.
7. Keep customers informed of the status of their orders.
8. Work with management to develop strategies based on data insights.
9. Communicate with export and import and related authorities, customers, and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support, and activities.
10. Handle daily import & export, shipping issues, and documents for customs formalities.
11. Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers, and customers regarding import and export duties, as well as local and international transportation, ensuring reasonable prices by comparing at least 3 suppliers.
・Collect and analyze various information such as local needs and legal trends together with sales companies (associate company) and agents in each country, mainly India, and develop product plans to meet market demands such as expanding the product lineup and strengthening product appeal.
・Discuss product proposals with the development department based on the results of the information collected.
・Support promotional activities for products (owned media planning)

• Visit customers to provide information and have feedbacks.
• Communicating with sales and engineering staff in HQ(Japan) to support our clients.
