• PCB & Component-Level Repair: Diagnose and repair electronic control boards (PCBs) by identifying faulty components using electronic measuring instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators) and performing precise soldering and component replacement.
• Industrial Drives & Motor Controls: Troubleshoot, analyze alarms, and implement corrective actions for AC/DC drives, frequency inverters, servo drives, and motor control systems. Manage drive parameters, including backups, restoration, optimization, and commissioning.
• PLC & HMI System Administration: Diagnose faults in PLC-controlled machinery and HMI applications. Handle all software versions, uploading, downloading, upgrading firmware, and creating secure software archives and parameter databases.
• Electrical Troubleshooting & Field Devices: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot sensors, actuators, relays, power supplies, and control panels.
• Network & Communication Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot industrial communication networks to ensure seamless data flow across manufacturing systems.
• Preventive Maintenance & Documentation: Support comprehensive preventive maintenance activities, maintain detailed repair histories, write technical reports, and document all software or firmware modifications.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with external machine suppliers during equipment commissioning and coordinate with third-party repair vendors when specialized external service is required.
• Continuous Improvement: Support internal modification projects to maximize production equipment availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Training & Standard Operating Procedures: Train maintenance personnel in basic electronics troubleshooting and support the creation of clear work instructions and technical standards.

• Thai nationality, age not specified
• Education: Technical Diploma (ปวส.) or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electronics and automation, specifically within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience with European machinery or industries such as textile, chemical, automotive, or process manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining major PLC and HMI platforms (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, or Setex).
• Strong technical knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo systems (such as Lenze, Danfoss, SEW, ABB, or similar).
• Industrial Network Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, including Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, and CAN Bus.
• Competence in utilizing Windows-based engineering software for parameter management, as well as operating standard electronic test equipment.
• Basic-to-intermediate technical English communication skills, specifically the ability to read and accurately interpret English technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and supplier documentation.
• Exceptional analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, a high level of patience, a strong hands-on mentality, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently under pressure and as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
