• Assume full operational leadership of the factory, acting as de facto plant head under the Managing Director
• Oversee Production (Injection Molding, Assembly, Pad Printing), Operational Purchasing, Warehouse, Planning, and Supply Chain Management
• Own end-to-end factory performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Chair daily and weekly operations review meetings
• Enforce operational standards and discipline; authorized to stop production when necessary
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, including:
- Process stabilization
- Standard work implementation
- OEE improvement
- Scrap and rework reduction
• Lead and optimize injection molding and serial assembly operations
• Establish and monitor clear KPI systems and performance accountability
• Build, coach, and strengthen second-line leadership
• Lead hiring, development, succession planning, and replacement of key operational roles
• Act as the bridge between customer expectations and internal execution
• Prepare the organization structurally and operationally for its next phase of growth
• Contribute to long-term leadership succession with potential progression to Deputy Managing Director

• Male or female, aged above 40
• Any nationality
• 15–25 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
• Strong technical and operational background in injection molding and assembly / serial production
• Prior experience running a factory or serving as Production / Operations Manager
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 200+ employees
• Hands-on, shopfloor-oriented leadership style
• Demonstrated ability to make firm and effective personnel decisions
• Calm, authoritative leadership presence with high accountability
• Systems thinker with a long-term strategic mindset
• Capable of representing the company externally to customers, auditors, and partners
• Expatriate with Asia factory leadership experience or Thai national with strong international exposure
• Fluent English proficiency required
