• Oversee the production process to ensure alignment with the production plan. |
|
• Male/Female, age around 30 - 47 years
• Thai Nationality • Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics or a related field. • Minimum of five years’ experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the electronics industry. • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members in a positive and collaborative environment. • Experience in Electronic company is required. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. • Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management systems or software. • Intermediate level or above in English • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience in the PCB Assembly industry is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. |
