(1) Production Management… Production planning, inventory management and material procurement, Daily production report management
(2) Production workforce management… Approve - plan employee leave, set work schedule
(3) Factory management… Calculate production cost and prepare related documents
(4) General factory operations… Machinery/consumables management in the factory
(5) Purchasing raw materials, materials used for production, sourcing suppliers, negotiating purchases - contracts
(6) Business partners management… Understanding the status of suppliers and equipment companies
(7) Inventory management - External distribution warehouse, logistics company selection, incoming goods planning

- Male aged 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or other related fields
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 and above)
- 1-2 years of experience in production or engineering in factory
- Experience in food production management will be given special consideration
