・Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets and KPIs ・Ensure compliance with safety standards and Japanese corporate policies ・Control production cost and improve operational efficiency ・Lead and supervise production supervisors and line leaders ・Strengthen discipline and workplace organization (5S) ・Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives ・Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions ・Report production performance regularly to Japanese management ・Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams ・Support manpower planning, training, and development of local staff ・Manage production planning adjustments in response to customer demand changes ・Maintaining ISO9001,ISO14 001 and ISO45001

- • Fully support customer and relationship building • Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customer after sales • Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations. • Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance servicing of machines, • Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions. • Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation • Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required. • Working close to Japanese manager
