Base 23,000-26,000 THB
- Lunch Allowance 55 THB/Day
- Transportation allowance 700 THB/Month
- Travel expense based on the actual distance at a maximum allowance of 5,000 THB (*Distance 10 K.M. will get around 2,000 THB)
- Language allowance for TOEIC Over 475 = 500 THB, Over 675 = 1,000 THB

• Facility & Equipment Inspection: Inspect factory buildings, operational areas, and facility equipment on a regular basis.
• Maintenance & Repair: Carry out necessary repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across factory facilities.
• Electrical & Equipment Installation: Install machinery, appliances, and electrical equipment.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local/state construction laws and company safety regulations.
• Logs & Shift Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance logs and draft daily shift performance reports.
• Issue Escalation & Maintenance Request Response: Report operational issues promptly to supervisors and respond swiftly to maintenance requests.
• Tool Handling & Material Loading: Load, unload, and manage tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Instruction Adherence: Execute written and verbal directives from the Maintenance Manager or clients.
• Contractor & Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Technical Documentation: Read and follow manuals, blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions.
• Refurbishment & Repair: Repair used equipment, power tools, hand tools, and plumbing systems.
• EHS & Quality Management: Implement and drive continuous improvements for EHS and Quality management systems (Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Control processes).
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as requested.

• Male, age 25–35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experiences as a maintenance staff or engineer
• Able to work overtime (OT) and handle shift work.
• Proficient in reading and drafting technical drawings/blueprints.
• Computer literate (MS Office and basic software applications).
• Knowledgeable in ISO management standards: ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OH&S).
• Good interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative mindset.
• Have own vehicle for traveling to work
• Communicative level in English (Modest to Lower intermediate level is acceptable)
