• Manage regional supplier relationships and performance within assigned mechanical commodity groups (Plastics, Casting, Cable, Sheet Metal, and Machining).
• Lead the end-to-end regional sourcing process for assigned commodities from initial RFQ through to contract signature.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new product introductions, commodity/technology lifecycles, and demand/supply planning.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategic cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with executive and senior executive teams at key suppliers.
• Review technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure all requirements are effectively communicated and executed by suppliers.
• Secure long-term total quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and supply sustainability for direct materials across the entire product lifecycle.

• Male/Female, age around 30 - 47 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal, machining, or general metallurgical processes is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation, administration, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, fact-based negotiations, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry suppliers.
• High proficiency in business software applications, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
