• Ensure that shift operations comply with all health, safety and company regulations.
• Make certain that all tasks are performed in line with the latest work instructions and established procedures.
• Take overall responsibility for manufacturing activities by applying appropriate processes and methods.
• Promote a strong focus on output, efficiency and on-time delivery according to the production plan.
• Ensure the effective use of materials, machinery and manpower to meet departmental goals and operational requirements in terms of cost, quality and quantity.
• Contribute to ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives across all areas to achieve optimal results.
• Recruit and train staff, conduct regular performance evaluations, and manage attendance, holidays and disciplinary matters as required.
• Provide clear leadership, coordinate team activities, inspire and motivate staff to achieve high standards, and mentor them as they build new skills.
• Monitor material stock levels, maintain excellent storage conditions, and manage inventory by performing physical counts and reconciling with the ERP system.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments to ensure optimal performance.
• Support project management activities to introduce new or updated designs and develop efficient processes that ensure the product can be manufactured effectively.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to your superior regarding organisation, troubleshooting and any potential critical issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-kept Plastics Technology department.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

• Male or female, aged approximately 30–40 years
• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Plastics Technology, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Experience and knowledge in Plastics Technology and/or Injection Moulding, or a closely related field, is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (e.g. in plastic injection moulding as a Production Engineer or Operations Engineer)
• Intermediate level of English
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Hands-on, strong people management abilities, and excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
**The official working days of this position is Monday to Friday, but the candidate should be available on Saturdays (if needed) as well because the production is also running on Saturdays.
• This position reports to be Operation Manager and this position has 70 subordinates
