- Manage and oversee the maintenance of machinery and electrical systems within the automotive manufacturing plant to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Respond promptly to equipment repair needs to maintain smooth operations.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Male, Thai nationality, age 37-45
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field (specifically in Electrical field)
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge and skills in managing machinery systems and electrical systems in factories
- Possession of a Professional Engineering License (P.E. license) will be an advantage
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventive maintenance practices
- Able to read and write electrical drawings and has a solid understanding of PLC systems
- Communicative level of English [Lower intermediate is acceptable]
- Knowledge of Robot programming
- Familiar with automotive industry standards and ISO requirements
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with good reporting ability
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge in Power Electrical Engineering will be considered an advantage
- Hands-on experience in factory machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
