1. Oversee the tender project from start to finish and perform a key role in planning, budgeting, and presenting.
2. Construction Management along with monitoring and examining the structural work, architecture, interior, landscape as planned.
3. Develop and implement eAective tender strategies to secure new business opportunities
4. Coordinate the tender preparation process, including gathering necessary information, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements
5. Conduct thorough analysis of tender specifications, identifying risks and opportunities
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure a comprehensive and competitive tender submission
7. Monitor the tender evaluation process and provide support during negotiations
8. Maintain a detailed database of tender activities and outcomes to inform future bidding strategies
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering

・Male or Female / Age 35-45 years old
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or business administration or related fields.
・At least 5 years of experience in a tendering or project management role within the construction industry.
・Experience in multinational companies or MNC is highly preferred.
・Good command in English
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders
・Proficient in using project management and bid management software
・Computer knowledge of all kinds of software are commonly used in construction industry.
・Able to travel to work at project site in upcountry or customer's site.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and identify risks and opportunities
・Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
・Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple departments
・Khowledge in sales and engineering.

・Team management skill
