Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and engage target audiences on TikTok.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including short videos, creative copy, and interactive posts.
- Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, negotiate transparently, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors to enhance content effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing teams and external vendors to maximize content reach and impact.
- Continuously refine content based on data insights and audience engagement metrics.

Qualifications:
-Age 25 -35 years old, any gender is acceptable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Fluency in Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging, viral content.
- Experience in content management and social media strategy, particularly on TikTok.
- Excellent copywriting skills for digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
