- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations and resolve labor complaints in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes.
- Administer annual bonus, salary adjustments, and promotions.
Human Resource Development (HRD)
- Develop and execute annual training plans that align with business goals.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
- Establish, track, and monitor departmental KPIs to support organizational growth.
ISO & Compliance
- Plan and conduct internal ISO audits and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
General Affairs (GA)
- Oversee general administration tasks, including office management, facilities, and company assets.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
Japanese Interpretation
- Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation for meetings, documents, and communication for the Japanese GM.
