8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri and Saturday is bi weekly working day)

<Job Responsibilities EN>
・Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets and KPIs
・Ensure compliance with safety standards and Japanese corporate policies
・Control production cost and improve operational efficiency
・Lead and supervise production supervisors and line leaders
・Strengthen discipline and workplace organization (5S)
・Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
・Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions
・Report production performance regularly to Japanese management
・Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
・Support manpower planning, training, and development of local staff
・Manage production planning adjustments in response to customer demand changes
・Maintaining ISO9001,ISO14 001 and ISO45001

Education : Bachelor
Prefer candidate can speak JP ,, but if cannot speak JP we can send also. ( but the priority is can speak JP)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- JLPT N2 or higher
- At least 5 years experiense with production line for FA products (Especialy relay)
- Have basic knowledge about electrical , electronics , Mechatronics and Equipment inspection tools
- Good command of spoken and written in English (Make the documents by English/ Meeting / Present).
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- High sense of responsibility and discipline
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Good communication skills with multicultural teams
- Japanese language skill is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent production issues
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
・Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations
・At least 3–5 years in a managerial position
・Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is strongly preferred
・Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
・Experience managing 100+ production workers is preferred
