• Provide strategic legal advice to international and domestic clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Advise on foreign investment, trade regulations, corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support M&A transactions, investment projects, and cross-border matters.
• Provide legal support on infrastructure-related projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and investment agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to foreign investors, multinational businesses, and international clients operating in Thailand and the region.
• Develop, expand, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Actively participate in networking, profile-raising, and business development activities, including contributing to new client origination.
• Manage and mentor legal team members and support staff.
• Collaborate closely with legal, accounting, tax, and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

• Thai Nationality
• • Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognised university. LL.M. is an advantage.
• Qualified Thai lawyer with a valid licence from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
• Thai Bar qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably with reputable law firms or international professional service platforms.
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial transactions, foreign investment, and regulatory advisory work. Experience in M&A, international trade, investment banking transactions, or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and client advisory capability.
• Fluent English communication skills, with excellent drafting, negotiation, and client advisory capability in English.
• Existing professional network or client portfolio preferred, with demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships.
• Experience managing Proven experience leading transactions, supervising junior legal team members across different seniority levels, and managing key client accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and business development skills.
