· Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering / mechanical engineering / electrical or related discipline (Master degree will be an advantage) · Requires 2+ year of managerial experience. (this position need taking care of staffs) · At least 5 years in heavy Factory or manufacturing. · Deep knowledge of maintenance engineering and copper manufacturing background will be advantage. · Six sigma or Lean six sigma certificate is a plus · Able to communicate in English |
