[Summary]
The Compliance Manager will oversee the organization’s compliance strategy, ensuring that all operations, policies, and procedures strictly adhere to applicable laws and regulations. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential legal, regulatory, and corporate governance risks. The Compliance Manager will also lead the review and negotiation of contracts and provide proactive legal and compliance advice to senior management.
[Key Responsibilities of the position:]
1. Regulatory Compliance
・Develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance program consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
・Monitor and interpret new or changing regulations that may impact the organization.
2. Policy & Process Management
・Oversee the drafting, review, and updating of internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
・Provide expertise and guidance on the interpretation and application of compliance-related policies.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Liaison
・Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory bodies on all compliance-related matters.
・Provide management with timely updates and recommendations on compliance issues, potential risks, and remediation plans.
4. Training & Education
・Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness and understanding among employees.
- Identify products and analyze HS Code & permit for the products
- Prepare and submit import-export based on customer requirement
- Check custom regulation, import-export license and FTA Form
- Report to Thai forwarding assistant manager
- Other tasks as assigned

• Sales and design of water chiller systems used for cooling in various buildings.
• Present products, collaborated on designs with clients and negotiated to close sales effectively.
• Manage project sales and oversee chiller system installation contracts through to project completion.
• Plan and carry out sales strategies for enterprise, network, and security products.
• Build good relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers.
• Lead and guide the sales team to meet and go beyond sales targets.
• Understand what customers need and offer the right IT solutions for them.
• Work closely with technical and other teams to make sure projects run smoothly.
• Study the market and watch competitors to find new business opportunities.
• Create sales plans, reports, and performance reviews to help the business grow.
• Find new customers and keep strong ties with current ones.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot server systems and network devices
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security
• Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and backups
• Support cloud services and help with system migrations when needed
• Work with other teams to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Keep documentation up to date and follow IT standards and best practices
• Solve technical problems and improve system performance
• Coordinate with other teams to understand business needs and provide solutions
• Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements
• Accompany and support the Managing Director (MD) as an interpreter during meetings and business negotiations (Japanese ⇄ Thai)
• Translate internal and external documents (Japanese ⇄ Thai)
• Provide interpretation support for the sales team during client visits
• Handle general administrative and office support tasks, including:
- Office supply management and ordering
- Support for attendance tracking
- Assistance with company events and internal coordination
• Assist and coordinate for Japanese expats and visitors (including arrangements and hospitality)
• Participate in domestic business trips (1-2 times per month with overnight stay)
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and develop business strategies.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for sales campaigns and promotions.
- Generate reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate sales target planning.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

• Mastermind compliance policies and procedures for the organization as per assigned

• Create compliance resource library for staff members to reference when they have questions
• Check and draft correspondence, commercial agreements and legal documents
• Handling of ad-hoc queries when requested, taking, typing and circulation of minutes to meeting
• Prepare all the documents in both Thai and English
