The Manager oversees the full customs brokerage operations for ocean shipments, ensuring all import and export activities comply with customs laws, regulations, and company standards. This role is essential to driving operational efficiency, reducing clearance delays, and maintaining high service quality for customers. The Manager leads the team in coordinating documentation, liaising with customs and relevant authorities, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes.
This position plays a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, provider. Operational excellence, and the company’s credibility as a reliable logistics service.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Customs Clearance Team.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of Import/Export Declarations (LCL, FCL, Special Cargo).
• Review and verify customs documentation, HS Codes, Tariff Classifications, and Tax Calculation.
• Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot clearance issues, and provide solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, government laws, and company SOPs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and support management in decision-making.
• Provide support for customs-related matters in cases handled by other branches.
• Guide team members, foster their growth, and enhance overall customs clearance capabilities.

• Male or Female, Age 38-45 years old.
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ Customer Service experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Sea Freight Export
• Experience in the buyer consolidation business or contracted logistics related to PO management, and shipment status update into system
• Customs Specialist License as company need
• Excellent in English Communications (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Excellent MS. Excel Advance Level
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with overseas teams
• Ability to work in tough situations and environments
• Having knowledge of law, regulation, rule & customs clearance in free trade zones (IEAT Free zone and others) will be given special consideration
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to define vision and drive execution of growth strategies
