・Acquire new customers and arrange meetings with existing clients to present the company’s products and services, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
・Coordinate between customers and suppliers, acting as the main point of communication to provide information and effectively follow up on requirements.
・Follow up on quotations and close sales, including negotiating terms and conditions to ensure smooth deal closure.
・Provide consultation, resolve issues, and deliver after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
・Prepare weekly sales reports to present to management and support strategic planning.
・Manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development
• Expand the company's presence in Thailand’s manufacturing sectors, including automotive,
aerospace, mold & die, and general engineering.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key industrial accounts.
• Provide interpretation and translation as needed for internal and customer communication
2. Sales and Technical Promotion
• Promote and sell cutting tools, including carbide inserts, CBN inserts, end mills, and turning tools.
• Work with technical teams to deliver solutions and recommendations to customers.
• Conduct onsite customer visits and support tool trials
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve products and services
4. Trade and Marketing Support
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events
• Support marketing campaigns and local product launches
5. Reporting and Coordination
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, technical support, and product teams to serve customer needs
effectively.
• Production Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage annual, monthly, and daily production plans to meet targets.
- Optimize production lines and adjust workload to ensure on-time delivery.
• Team and Organizational Management:
- Oversee the management of the Production or Engineering department
- Promote safety and hygiene management and improve the working environment.
•Cost Management:
- Analyze production costs (labor, materials, overhead) and plan/execute cost reduction activities.
• Equipment and Facility Management (If Engineering Focus):
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and oversee emergency response to sudden breakdowns.
- Manage the maintenance of factory infrastructure (utilities, buildings, etc.).
• Inter-Company Coordination:
- Report to Japanese Manager
