• Develop, execute, and monitor short/long-term weaving production plans to meet delivery deadlines and volume targets.
• Identify bottlenecks in the weaving process (warping, sizing, weaving, inspection) and drive initiatives for quality improvement and efficiency gains.
• Ensure product quality meets standards, investigate defects (weaving faults), and provide technical guidance to operators.
• Lead and manage the production team, optimize personnel deployment, and oversee resource/inventory control (yarns, materials).
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for weaving machinery, and propose new equipment investment plans.
• Accompany and support the Managing Director (MD) as an interpreter during meetings and business negotiations (Japanese ⇄ Thai)
• Translate internal and external documents (Japanese ⇄ Thai)
• Provide interpretation support for the sales team during client visits
• Handle general administrative and office support tasks, including:
- Office supply management and ordering
- Support for attendance tracking
- Assistance with company events and internal coordination
• Assist and coordinate for Japanese expats and visitors (including arrangements and hospitality)
• Participate in domestic business trips (1-2 times per month with overnight stay)
- Manage contracts, signatures, and documents related to sales.
- Develops customer relationships and applications, as well as retains and promotes existing customers. Gathers information to develop regional sales strategies.
- Credit management (negotiation of payment terms with customers, credit checks, and confirmation of credit limits) is performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of sales activities.
- Develops sales budgets and ensures sales budgets are met.
- Sales management (new business inquiries, competitive information, sales by customer, profit, receivables, accounts receivable in arrears, outstanding orders, etc.).
- Communicate and negotiate quality information such as defects (number of defects and loss) and complaints (number of defects and loss).
- Cooperates in inventory control (products, work in process, backlog inventory, materials, etc.).

- Develop and manage annual, monthly, and daily production plans to meet targets.
- Optimize production lines and adjust workload to ensure on-time delivery.
• Team and Organizational Management:
- Oversee the management of the Production or Engineering department
- Promote safety and hygiene management and improve the working environment.
•Cost Management:
- Analyze production costs (labor, materials, overhead) and plan/execute cost reduction activities.
• Equipment and Facility Management (If Engineering Focus):
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and oversee emergency response to sudden breakdowns.
- Manage the maintenance of factory infrastructure (utilities, buildings, etc.).
• Inter-Company Coordination:
- Report to Japanese Manager
