Leader = THB 20,000 - 30,000 per month Supervisor = THB 30,000 - 40,000 per month
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 hrs. or 08.30 - 17.30 hrs.

• Oversee the production process to ensure alignment with the production plan.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to establish and maintain production standards.
• Develop, review, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Improve and monitor departmental staff performance to ensure production targets are met.
• Manage and supervise operational staff to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the production plan.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues arising during production.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports summarising production performance, issues, and improvement actions.
• Supervise team members to ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies.

• Male/Female, age around 30 - 47 years
• Thai Nationality
• Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members in a positive and collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management systems or software.
• Intermediate level or above in English
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in the PCB Assembly industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
