Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of frontend and backend developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to
ensure high-quality code and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and
project timelines.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring
projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Drive continuous improvement within the development team by implementing processes, tools, and practices that
enhance productivity, code quality, and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our streaming platform architecture, ensuring it remains scalable,
maintainable, and secure.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve our
platform and development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on support and leadership when needed.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize deployment processes and ensure high availability and
performance of our services.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, balancing the needs of various stakeholders and ensuring
efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, open communication, and
continuous learning.

Qualifications:
-any gender are acceptable, age 40-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical leadership or management role, preferably within the online streaming
or related industries.
- Strong expertise in frontend development for Android, iOS, and WebOS platforms, with a deep understanding of
their respective development ecosystems.

- Extensive experience with backend development using Laravel, including designing and building scalable, high-
performance APIs and services.

- Hands-on experience with modern development tools and practices, such as version control (Git), continuous
integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and code review.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous
improvement.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker,
Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monolith architecture and RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of video streaming protocols, DRM, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
