Basic Salary+Position Allowance

7:45 - 16:45, Monday-Friday, depending on company's calendar

【Leave】
1. Annual leave : After completing one year of work. In the first year 7 days but prorated based on the months worked from Jan to Dec,
From the second year onward, the entitlement increases by one day each year, up to a maximum of 14 days.
2. Personal Leave : 5 days/year
3. Sick Leave : 30 days/year

• Lead and manage a production team of over 300 staff members.
• Oversee the entire PCBA production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Utilize deep knowledge of electrical products and manufacturing processes to guide the team.
• Interpret electrical circuit diagrams to diagnose and analyze defects in the production line.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives for new models and pre-production quality issues.
• Apply advanced analysis techniques such as 5Why and 8D to determine root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement within the production section.
• Drive initial production lots and work closely with production teams to set and achieve targets for a smooth startup.
• Follow up on all production plans to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Provide guidance and support to supervisors and team leaders to ensure all tasks are completed.

• Gender: Male
• Age: 40-55 years old *Retierment age is 60 years old
• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or related field
• Experience of working in PCBA company
• Good command of English
• Production management(Over 300 staffs)

• Have adequate knowledge in Electric product
• Understand in electrical circuit diagram
• Can be analyzed defect on electrical circuit
• Understand in 5Why 8D analysis technic
• Setup KPI section and keep monitoring improvement
• Drive an initial lot for startup and set target to smoothly with production teams.
• Lead problem solving new models, preproduction quality issues.
• Assist task of Supervisor or Leader
• Follow up production plan
