• Production planning: Receive demand forecasts from the sales team, and assess inventory to plan production
• Coordinate with manufacturers both domestically and internationally to plan production
• Coordinate with logistics service providers in Thailand to ensure smooth domestic product deliveries according to plan without quantity and quality issues
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, booking shipments, create CIF invoices, and track imported goods to ensure smooth entry into the warehouse without quantity and quality issues
• Key in product data into the SAP system, coordinate with the accounting department for expense billing
• Prepare reports summarizing production plans and inventory levels on a weekly and monthly basis
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

• Female, age not over 26 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field
• Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarder/Import (considered a plus)
• Analytical, calculation, and basic mathematical skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with others, perform under pressure, and emphasize teamwork
• Proficient in English communication (must communicate with international parties via email) (TOEIC score above 600 is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (proficiency in Sum, If, Pivot, V lookup is a plus)
