Finance & Accounting Manager, reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations functions of the Company and its overseas subsidiaries in Vietnam. The key roles are supporting and driving the Company’s business growth.
• Direct, Manage and Oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and investor relations of the AMATA VN Group.
• Responsible and Oversee accounting and related functions to ensure relevant reporting compliance according to SET, SEC, MOC and other regulations.
• Represent the Company as a spoke person in communication with analysts, investors, and shareholders.
• Support and execute the Company’s investment expansions, potential partnerships via new projects, joint ventures and Merger and Acquisitions.
• Provide recommendation and execution plan to support Strategic Plan of the Company
• Conducting industry and market research to learn about fund management teams on behalf of their clients
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with those fund managers to ensure client success
• Analyzing potential fund investment opportunities, including evaluating the fund manager's track record, investment strategy, value-add, and investment team
• Draft and present internal proposals for approval by our organization’s Investment Committee and Board
• Negotiate, structure, and complete fund documentation for clients
• Support fund raising activities for the fund as needed
• Serve on Advisory Boards of portfolio entities, as required
• Attend annual investor meetings for underlying funds
• Monitor AR aging, improve cash collection process and provide regular reports to management.
• Review customer credit, provide recommendations on credit limit and term. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information record.
• Cross-functional teams working with other functions to ensure customer issues are properly resolved.
• Monitor both collection / payment transactions (abroad and domestic), verify accuracy and timely as schedule.
• Manage daily/weekly cash balance to ensure adequate cash in operating company activities.
• Check daily exchange rates, interest to manage company liquidity.
• Prepare monthly cash flow report and analyze difference (actual and budgets) and forecast cash flow.
• Overseeing relevant general ledger, account receivable, provision, accrual, income, expenses, monthly reconciliation
• Provide and support data to auditor and prepare package report to group company.
• Maintain relationship with bank, cash pooling management and treasury activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Cooperate with the business division for business expansion by assessing the creditability of customers/suppliers.
• Assess credit line applications. Analyze financial statements of customers/suppliers.
• Collect and follow up information on business, customer's payment status, industry, and target customers/suppliers.
• Discuss with the business department or overseas staff and offer solutions to improve the business.
• Visit customers, suppliers, and warehouses when necessary.
• Perform other assignments under the instruction of the supervisor.
