1. To advise all affiliates on various commercial matters and support on a wide range of legal activities.
2. To draft, review, or amend of simple and complex contracts including other legal documents.
3. To provide prompt and practical strategic advice and effective support all Isuzu affiliates in relation to laws and regulations.
4. To conduct trainings for all Isuzu affiliates and work closely with General Manager and legal team members to develop legal training programs.
5. To handle legal projects as assigned by General Manager or General Counsel.
6. To perform any legal services or tasks as necessary as assigned and required by General Manager and/or other executives e.g. research, legal bulletin, document control, and contract management etc.

1. Nationality: Thai, Age: around 27-38 years old
2. Education: Bachelor degree and above in law
3. Experience: From 4 years to 10 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, or a legal counsel in business environment.
4. Language Proficiency: Business English (TOEIC scores = 850 up)
5. Having an experience in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts in English.
6. Having knowledge in laws and regulations required in business environment such as company, corporate laws, Foreign Business Act, BOI, labor and employment laws, PDPA, and other general business laws.
7. Having an experience in providing legal advice on the issues related to international transactions in an automotive business.
8. Having knowledge or experience to dealing with litigation cases is advantage.
9. Possessing knowledge or experience in the field of tax laws including revenue code, excise tax act and custom act is advantage.
10. Being well-organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of all tasks.
11. A self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving
12. Possess good analytical skills.
13. Excellent communication skills at all levels and confidence to be able to respond clearly to queries and questions
