Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 hrs. or 08.30 - 17.30 hrs.

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop computers, network systems, operating systems and peripheral devices.
• Administer and monitor network infrastructure and server systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Deliver induction sessions for new users and provide ongoing training and technical support as required.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT hardware, software and related resources.
• Undertake additional IT duties and projects as assigned.

• Male/Female, age around 25 -35 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IT support, networking or a similar field.
• Sound technical knowledge of client hardware and software, network cabling, switches and firewall configuration.
• Experience working with Windows Server, VMware and Veeam; familiarity with IP telephony systems. Knowledge of SUSE Linux would be advantageous.
• Intermediate level in English
• Customer-focused approach with excellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of accountability and responsibility.
