• Base salary: 26,000-35,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
• Position allowance: 800-1,000 THB (Fixed)
• Cost of living: 900 THB/ month (Fixed)

Mon-Fri ; 8.00-17.30 and some Saturday (Avg. 4 days/year)

・Monitor, control, and continuously improve SMT production processes
・Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues and machine breakdowns in the SMT line
・Analyze defect trends and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap/defects
・Optimize reflow soldering profile and SMT machine parameters for maximum efficiency and quality
・Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and process control documents

・Male (Preferred) or Female/ Age 25-35 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
・At least 3-5 years of experience in SMT / Electronics manufacturing environment
・Able to work on shift schedule (if required)
・Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written skills

Technical Skills
・Strong knowledge of SMT / PCBA processes including:
- Solder Paste Printing
- SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)
- Component Placement / Mounter
- Reflow Soldering
- AOI / X-Ray Inspection
・Understanding of PCB/PCBA defects such as Tombstone, Solder Bridge, Insufficient Solder, Misalignment, etc.
・Hands-on experience with troubleshooting machine and process issues (Root Cause / Problem Solving)
・Experience in operating SMT machines such as Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, ASM (preferred)
・Ability to use Microscope, Multimeter, and Reflow Profiling equipment

Quality & Documentation Skills
・Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D methodology
・Ability to create and maintain WI, SOP, and Control Plans
・Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 (Certification is a plus)
