- Formulate and implement product development strategies.
- Evaluation, analysis and implement of new equipment, technologies, automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
- Planning, formulation, execution, supervision and collaboration with cross-functional teams, to develop new products or processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems and optimize production output.
- Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
- Lead and manage engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring and training to ensure the team's success.
- Implementation of plan and develop necessary support at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance of company policies, regulatory, customer requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.

- Male or Female, Any nationality, Age 35-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher Electrical , Electronics Engineering or related fields
- More than 7 years of engineering experience in Cable products
- At least 3 years in supervisor or management level
- Familiar with Cable high-frequency products and specifications
- Wire and Cable industry experience is strongly required.
- English and Chinese Proficiency (all in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stationed at Chachoengsao, Thailand. Travel 20% may require.
- Able to travel to work by yourself [The company does not have a shuttle bus]
