• Lead and manage the entire RFQ process from initial customer inquiry through to final quotation submission.
• Review BOMs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prioritize RFQ workflows in accordance with customer deadlines and key business objectives.
• Analyze material, labor, manufacturing, tooling, and logistics costs to build detailed cost breakdowns and pricing models.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and proactively evaluate potential commercial risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure quotations, technical information, and lead times while evaluating their pricing, capabilities, and terms.
• Support supplier development initiatives for both New Product Introductions (NPI) and mass production programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop RFQ team members while monitoring performance to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quotation turnaround time, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to evaluate project feasibility and new business opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings and lead quotation review discussions as required.
• Prepare RFQ status reports and track core performance metrics, including quotation turnaround time, quote accuracy, cost-reduction achievements, and on-time submissions.

• Male/Female, age around 27 - 38
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFQ, Procurement, Sourcing, Costing, or Supply Chain functions.
• At least 2 to 3 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Industry experience in EMS, PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing, or Contract Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of BOM structures, technical drawings, cost modeling, quotation preparation, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management, and evaluation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
