- Manage sales activities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in designated areas (e.g., Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen)

Mainly, you will be responsible for managing product quality with suppliers.
<Specifically>
• Accurately grasp customer requirements (delivery time, quality, cost, etc.) and formulate implementation plans in cooperation with internal departments and suppliers.
• Accurately understand drawings and verify that product quality meets customer requirements.
• Work through subordinates to implement process verification, root cause countermeasures, and improvement measures with the supplier when a defect occurs,
• Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation at customer meetings
• Hosting visitors from other contries (includes driving)
• Arrange flights, restaurants for business dinners, and other necessary bookings

• Sales promotion of high-end building materials imported from Japan (for use in houses, condominiums, public buildings, parks, etc.).
• Sales activities targeting Thai architects, landscape designers, developers, design consulting firms, and specialized construction contractors.
• Iinviting customers to our building materials showroom and providing explanations about our products.

- Shutter garages and storage units
- Interior building materials, plaster walls, and exterior decorative materials
• Responding to technical inquiries from users:
- Answering technical questions about product operation and troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Identifying the root cause of user issues and providing effective solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and training to users and dealers:
- Planning and conducting training sessions for new product launches or specific technologies.
- Educating dealer staff on product mechanics and repair procedures to enhance their sales and support capabilities.
- Manage contracts, signatures, and documents related to sales.
- Develops customer relationships and applications, as well as retains and promotes existing customers. Gathers information to develop regional sales strategies.
- Credit management (negotiation of payment terms with customers, credit checks, and confirmation of credit limits) is performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of sales activities.
- Develops sales budgets and ensures sales budgets are met.
- Sales management (new business inquiries, competitive information, sales by customer, profit, receivables, accounts receivable in arrears, outstanding orders, etc.).
- Communicate and negotiate quality information such as defects (number of defects and loss) and complaints (number of defects and loss).

• Production Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage annual, monthly, and daily production plans to meet targets.
- Optimize production lines and adjust workload to ensure on-time delivery.
• Team and Organizational Management:
- Oversee the management of the Production or Engineering department
- Promote safety and hygiene management and improve the working environment.
•Cost Management:
- Analyze production costs (labor, materials, overhead) and plan/execute cost reduction activities.
• Equipment and Facility Management (If Engineering Focus):
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and oversee emergency response to sudden breakdowns.
- Manage the maintenance of factory infrastructure (utilities, buildings, etc.).
