•Plan and manage factory Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SHE) operations in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
•Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, including preparing for internal and external audits.
•Monitor and evaluate SHE legal compliance and track new relevant laws and regulations.
•Plan and oversee environmental and waste management operations to comply with regulations and laws.
•Monitor environmental metrics and workplace environmental conditions.
•Oversee risk assessments and safety inspections on-site, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are completed.
•Lead accident investigations, analyze root causes, and establish measures to prevent recurrence.
•Manage factory emergency response systems, fire protection, and safety equipment.
•Oversee PPE procurement, management, and correct usage tailored to job risks.
•Plan and conduct SHE training programs and initiatives to promote a strong Safety and Green Culture.
•Manage and enforce safety standards for contractors working on-site.
•Oversee GHG/Carbon Footprint data collection and management to support company Carbon Neutrality and Net Zero goals.
•Develop plans and projects to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions.
•Prepare SHE performance reports for management and submit required reports to government authorities.
•Coordinate with government agencies, clients, auditors, and external parties on SHE matters.
•Support related tasks for other standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, SMETA, and Halal.
•Lead, develop, and manage the SHE team by planning, assigning tasks, tracking performance, and enhancing team skills.
•Analyze performance data, operational issues, and risks to present improvement plans to management.
•Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR/Admin) to drive SHE goals.
•Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Male or Female, Age 30-35 years old.
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health and Environment, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety & Environment within an industrial plant
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
• Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental laws, with the ability to evaluate legal compliance
• Experience in Environmental Management and Waste Management, particularly handling production process waste
• Experience in Risk Assessment, Safety Inspection, and Accident Investigation
• Experience in preparing for and coordinating internal and external audits
• Knowledge or experience in Carbon Footprint, GHG, Carbon Neutrality, or Net Zero is a plus
• Strong skills in team management, planning, delegation, and performance monitoring
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and preparing reports or presentations for management
• Excellent coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong leadership, high responsibility, and good decision-making skills under pressure
• Certification in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is a plus
• Experience with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, SMETA, or Halal standards is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data preparation and reporting
