• Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Odoo ERP system
• Identify business requirements across departments (Operations,HR, Finance, Commercial) and translate them into system improvements
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents within Odoo to automate workflows and improve decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal Odoo technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Collaborate with Odoo partners on development projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Continuously upgrade and refine processes to improve efficiency and support Acteus’ digital transformation strategy
• Test new modules and features to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Monitor system performance and propose enhancements
• Provide training and functional support to users across the organization
• Maintain system documentation and ensure proper version control
• Report on improvements, system performance, and identified risks
• Ensure proper data management, cloud storage, and document lifecycle compliance
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within ERP usage

• Age 25-35 years old
•Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any other relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP System Administration
• Prior experience as ERP system administrator
• Prior experience as system analyst and system tester or in a similar position
• Solid Working knowledge of Odoo ERP System
• Excellent level in both written and spoken English (with excellent knowledge of information technology terminology)
