Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities

-Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.
-Experience in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
-Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
-Process customer purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
-Maintain customer records and sales reports.
-Handle product inquiries and provide administrative support.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
-Report Working Hour from Engineer and report.
-Prepare documents for expense claims.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements Details

-Male / Female
-Age 25-35 years old (Open depend on exp.)
-At least 1–3 years of sales experience.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and business.
-Knowledge of domestic and international logistics/shipping processes.
-Experience in preparing and reviewing Quotations and Invoices.
-Good coordination skills with Sales, customers, and logistics providers.
-Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is an advantage.
-Possess a valid driving license (required) and Personal vehicle.

-Good communication and negotiation skills.
-Good command of English (spoken and written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
