• Responsible for documentation for department business including control stock, arranging logistics and operation, importing and exporting business, inputting the data and monitoring all internal procedures related to businesses of the department to achieve Department target. In addition, he/she has to support GM/AGM/Salesperson for business operations.
• Precisely prepare documents (sale contract, purchase contract, purchase order, delivery order, all related shipping documents, tax invoice, etc.)
• Contact customers/suppliers/vendors to arrange materials delivery. Inform delivery schedule to customer. Follow up shipping documents from a supplier and send them to the customer. Keep a record of shipment/delivery and make a proper report once required.
• Check customer's payment and prepare payment to suppliers/vendors. Report to sales PIC if any problem. Always keep monitoring overdue, over-credit and inventory positions.
• Control stock business operation. Check inventory, customer’s forecast/order/delivery. Take care of all necessary import/export clearance procedures. Negotiate with warehouse and logistic agents for all shipment arrangements and expenses.

• TMS Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the TMS platform and provide hands-on implementation and support for all regional operating companies.
• Solution Documentation: Discuss TMS and EDI solutions, documenting technical and functional specifications.
• User Engagement: Participate in all stages of solution deployment, including testing, UAT, and training. Deliver system demonstrations to customers and operations teams.
• Data Analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards using SSRS or Power BI (PBI) tools.
• Help Desk Support: Monitor and resolve TMS-related incidents via the Help Desk, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines.
• Patch and Vendor Coordination: Facilitate patch management processes in collaboration with vendors’ development teams to maintain and enhance the TMS solution.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Oversee server infrastructure to optimize capacity, performance, and reliability.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the department’s objectives.

・ Review of QMS to obtain IATF 16949 certification
・ In-process defect analysis and customer quality support window
・ Cooperating with factory quality monitoring and improvement support.
・ In-process (PCBA) quality improvement by statistical method.
・ Management of manufacturing documents and data (latest, ECN, etc.).
・ Management of supplier quality and monitoring (IQC, Audit, etc).
・ Other QA/QC tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Support for the execution and assignment from the Sales team with good communication and cooperation.
• Develop new products/ new businesses from scratch.
• To execute tasks related to sales and documentation i.e., import and export documentation, raw material supply and sourcing, and tasks related to FDA regulations etc.
• To provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and coordinate with related parties to ensure customer satisfaction i.e., claims, quality issues, inquiries etc.
• To report accurately on sales & purchase, inventory, and payment status and maintain up-to-date records i.e., Past due & Overdue, Inventory and Long/Short Position Management Reports etc.
• To complete application and registration processes through the company's internal systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
