• Oversee overall factory management as Deputy Factory Manager
• Manage operations at a high-pressure gas-focused plant
• Carry out quality control tasks
• Prepare and submit reports to the Bangkok branch and the Japanese headquarters
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers
• Train and evaluate staff
• Handle customer audits and respond to external inspections
•

• Male/Female, age around 35 - 44 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1)
• Experience in production control or production engineering within gas, chemical, automotive parts, or electronic components factories
• Able to commute independently to the workplace (by own transport)
