• Develop and implement quarterly sales strategies and promotional campaigns targeted at farmers.
• Monitor effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to optimise results.
• Plan, review, and revise PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) plans to ensure efficient supply-demand alignment.
• Analyse sales trends, market data, and dealer performance to support decision-making.
• Lead the implementation and utilisation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure CRM adoption across the sales team to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Establish, modify, and manage sales/dealer networks nationwide.
• Strengthen partnerships with dealers to drive sales growth and brand presence.
• Oversee staff allocation and tasks related to dealer network development (DND).
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team productivity and alignment with sales objectives.
• Travel within Thailand approximately 2–3 times per month for dealer visits, promotions, and network management.

• Male/Female, age around 35 - 40 years
Thai Nationality
• Vocational Degree or High Vocational Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5–7 years in B2C sales, marketing, or promotional activities, preferably in the agricultural or related sector.
• Computer Literate: Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to advanced (data analysis, reporting).; Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate to advanced (presentations, sales proposals).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both strategically and hands-on.
