1. Manage warehouse operations by planning and controlling inventory activities in coordination with technicians and engineers.
2. Supervise inbound and outbound goods to ensure alignment with the system, plan stock counting and inventory checks, and continuously improve the inventory system to support company growth.
3. Oversee warehouse inventory and storage space to ensure everything is organized and ready for use.
4. Improve the delivery system for maximum efficiency and prepare summary reports on inventory and stock movements.
5. Coordinate the preparation of materials for technicians and engineers for off-site work.
6. Manage work schedules for technicians and warehouse administrative staff, and oversee the use of warehouse vehicles.
7. Monitor maintenance schedules and the upkeep of tools, equipment, and warehouse vehicles.
8. Review and approve procurement documents related to warehouse operations.
9. Manage the warehouse team, including task assignments, performance supervision, and employee skill development.
10. Ensure warehouse safety in compliance with safety and environmental regulations (5S, Safety).
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
12. Attend monthly meetings held every last Friday of the month.
1. Male only, Age 30-45, Thai nationality
2. Bachelor's degree in any fields
3. At least 5 years of warehouse management experience
4. More than 2 years' experience in supervisor level or above
5. Communicate level in English [Have to join internal meeting in English]
6. Have own car and driving license
