1. Manage and oversee all mold maintenance activities to ensure the efficiency and reliability of production processes—particularly in die casting operations for the automotive industry—through effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as repair of molds.

3. Manage spare parts and inventory to ensure availability and proper control.

4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

5. Lead and develop the maintenance team to enhance skills, productivity, and performance.

6. Ensure all molds are operational and ready to meet production demands.

7. Reduce unplanned downtime and minimize product defects caused by mold-related issues.

8. Continuously improve the skills and performance of the mold maintenance team.
1. Male (must have completed military service), age 40 years and above
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Tool and Die Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial factory environment, particularly in managing and maintaining Die Cast Molds and PM Molds
4. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position
5. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with others
7. Solid understanding of mold design, materials, and maintenance techniques
8. Skilled in using tools, equipment, and software related to maintenance planning and tracking
9. Good understanding of industrial and automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949)
10. Communicative level of English
