• Male or Female, Age 40-50 years old.
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree in any related field. • Have experience at least 7-10 years in HR role (from Japanese company preferred) • At least 5 years as a Manager with Subordinates (to manage subordinates, strong driving the department) • Have detailed knowledge of labor law • Have experience in HR projects and use of technology to develop HR systems, payroll and training • Be a decisive leader, have good analytical thinking, have problem-solving skills and can handle employee problems • Have skills in managing performance key points (KPI)/ KPI Structure • Have expertise in using HR software and ERP system • Have good English communication skills to communicate with foreign executives. Japanese will be given special consideration. • Public speaking skill and English skill is required. • Be alert and like to approach people • To initiate and present new technologies |
