- Give advice and recommend information to Thai or Japanese customers in Thailand about buying and selling Real estate in Japan
- Search and present real estate in Japan information according to customer needs
- Contact and check the information with a real estate agent in Japan.
- Follow up and provide assistance to customers throughout the transaction
- Plan sales strategies
- Attend the organization of seminars on real estate
- Translate contract documents
- Other tasks as assigned

- Male/Female (LGBT) aged 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years of working experience in sales (B2C) or customer service (tele sales)
- Good command of Japanese (N3++)
- Intermediate level of English
- Have a good personality and dare to express yourself and solve immediate problems well
- Have service mind
- Have computer skills (Microsoft office)
