• Plan and carry out sales strategies for enterprise, network, and security products.
• Build good relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers.
• Lead and guide the sales team to meet and go beyond sales targets.
• Understand what customers need and offer the right IT solutions for them.
• Work closely with technical and other teams to make sure projects run smoothly.
• Study the market and watch competitors to find new business opportunities.
• Create sales plans, reports, and performance reviews to help the business grow.
• Find new customers and keep strong ties with current ones.

• Male/Female, age around 40 - 47 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related area.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling IT solutions, especially in enterprise, network, office solutions software, and security fields.
• Strong record of managing a sales team and growing market share.
• Good network of contacts with major IT vendors and partners.
• Very good skills in speaking, writing, and presenting in both Thai and English.
• Able to handle customer accounts and build long-term business links.
• Strong leadership and people skills, able to manage a big and mixed-age team.
• Understand and support different working styles across age groups.
• Focused, driven, and able to work well under pressure.
