• Support cashflow management, and deal with the banks for the best exchange rate
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare billing notes and ensure accurate record-keeping for financial transactions.
• Payment Processing: Issue receipts, cheques, and withholding tax documents as required.
• Document Management: Organise and maintain financial records, ensuring all documents are properly filed for easy access.
• General Support: Assist the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

• Female only, age 22 - 30 years old
• Thai Nationality
• High vocational degree with experience in finance for 1-2 years or Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance or Economics or or Business Administration or other related field
• New graduates with a bachelor's degree in finance is also welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of financial processes
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to read, write and speak an understandable English
