1) Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules. |
<Must>
・Male / Age 40-46 years old. ・Thai Nationality ・Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related fields. ・At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in product development. ・At least 3-5 years of experience in manager or supervisor or leader level ・Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM. ・Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner or electrical appliance design. ・Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together. ・Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level. ・Practical experience with Microsoft Office. ・Good command of English <Preferred> ・Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements. ・Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry. |
