- Lead the development of strategic proposals to drive business transformation and sustainability initiatives in Thailand and across Asia
- Define and refine strategic planning methodologies, processes, and templates to enhance project effectiveness.
- Identify key challenges and opportunities in the market and product landscape, shaping actionable business strategies
- Integrate research, brand, and creative strategy while establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and analytical frameworks
- Deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, including executives and partners, articulating the brand’s vision and strategic direction.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide insights and maintain a position as a subject matter expert

<Must>
- Male, Female
- Age:35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any field)
- Business proficiency level of English
- Good in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Planning and presentation skills
- Research and analytical skills related to the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must have at least one of the following experiences related to the manufacturing industry:
- Business Planning / Corporate Planning
・Experience in business planning or corporate planning in the manufacturing industry

- Overseas Expansion
・Experience in overseas expansion-related business at a Japanese manufacturing company or public institution

- Planning Department in the Manufacturing Industry
・Experience in the planning department of a business company or regional headquarters in the manufacturing industry

- Manufacturing-Specialized Consulting or Research Firm
・Experience in a consulting or research firm specializing in the manufacturing industry
